-Venturing around the halls they reach the other side of the jammed door and see multiple craters of attempted slamming against the door. Many are bloody with a black ancient like blood, or ichor.

-Evander studies the craters and notes a variety of different types of hits such as punches and stone tools

-Evander tries to study the door further with magic while the Dwarves leave our group to adventure and delve deeper

-In a path that the dwarves did not go to, Evander leads to a path that leads to finely preserved dwarven armors and tools

-They loot

-Korrin finds a shortsword that is icy to the touch and almost sticks to his hand

-Lye finds a lamp, oddly enough. It is not busted despite being under a few hammers

-Evander is not quite sure what he finds, crossbow? Gun? Swordlauncher? Portable goddamn cannon?

-William finds an onyx brooch, he feels healthier when he picks it up

-All-Moon finds a weird glove, the palm is segmented and there are wires underneath maybe metal, maybe rubber

-Golo finds a nice jeweled dwarven dagger

-All-Moon and Golo spot something and bring it to Evander's attention

-They find a helmet that does not move, and the shelf starts to shake and move aside

-In the secret room is piles of gold and a full plate armor on a stand

-All-Moon and Evander use detect magic, the armor is heavy abjuration and heavy transmutation

-Evander states he is currently best against curses at the moment, and moves in to inspect the coin

-The coins are back to 2200 of the Giant's age

-These coins are much more pure of gold

-Evander touches the armor and suddenly the gold looks really nice

-He warns not to touch the armor as he feels it tried to invade against his curse ward

-Evander begins to identify while the rest collect the gold

-It is a hoard cursed plate, it is a +0 plate which it's bonus scales with how much gold you have

-1798 Ancient Dwarven Gold coins are collected

-Evander and Korrin identify all the other magical items they found

-The lamp, The Sun Under Earth, 60 bright 120 dim, while active it reveals the true form of anything in it's light and can only be active for non-continuous 10 minutes. It takes up to 3 nights to recharge in a strong fire or witnessing the dawn of a new day. This lamp cannot be extinguished by wind or magic

-The cannon thing is Moonsplitter, it can accept many times of ammo, and the type of ammo changes what it happens. Mundane is just a crossbow, but magic items depending on the rarity causes a sort of line attack such as lightning bolt

-All-Moon's Gauntlet is the Arcwelder, it might be able to be incorporated into William's arm for lightning power

-Korrin found IceSpike, a frostbrand shortsword that causes vulnurability to cold for three rounds after being hit.

-Golo's dagger is the Orc Killer, it has advantage against orcs and orcs are vulnerable to it's damage

-William, Onyx Brooch of Richest Wort, increases Con to 19 while wearing it and plus 1 to saving throws

-At this point we hear a muffled Grant speaking at the gate

-Evander covers the armor with 10 lead balls to prevent detection of it

-They move to go answer the impatient Grant

-As they meet with Grant, Lye uses the lamp and it reveals a large 15 foot tall inky thing behind William, Evander rushes a spell and does something to Lye, concealing them from the lamps magic

-When William turns to look for it, they see nothing. Evander uses a mirror to show William but it then turns inky black and stained

-Lye makes an outburst over the inky thing, Evander ponders if it is corruption

-William says maybe it is a friendly spirit, and the thing smiles wide

-Everyone sees Golo lift his eyepatch, and Evander sees the eye is corrupted

-It is a reptilian kind of eye with scaling around the inner eye

-Evander questions if he has had it looked at, Golo states it is a condition

-Golo states it is contained, and is looking for a cure

-Grant walks in and Lye turns the lamp effects off

-Evander reads the Grand Library of the Confederation of Dwarven Holds

-There is a small room in another corridor, and there is a hole in the ground. There is a poop chute

-Moving further they find a room with furniture used to barricade, and a few skeletons curled up and away from sight lines from the door

-South side they find relatively nothing else new aside from a boulder

-The Smolderbraids are crying with happiness of reading the dwarven tablets in the main library room that is well lit, and Lye no longer needs the lamp

-All-Moon, Evander, and Korrin go look through the books, finding some in gnomish, sylvan and undercommon

-Korrin can't read shit and is sad, Evander tries to read fucking everything

-Lye and Golo are bored and wandering

-Korrin finds a very nice stone desk, and starts experimenting

-He touchesthe rune from left to right and a gem appears. It is perfectly smooth, maybe an opal but it is the size of a loaf of bread

-He starts ritual casting identify on the opal, and discovers it is holography projection array

-He then clicks another rune. And a dwarf appears and starts speaking in dwarven, and Korrin is forced to use comprehend languages

-It is a log warning about patrols, goblins getting closer and earthquakes. Near the end of the recording, he notices someone and speaks to them with familiarity and worry then walks off. Through the recording there is the sound of a scream and in ancient orcish, gods begot, for Otar and the sound of a tongue lapping at liquid amongst other squelchy sounds

-Korrin translates it all to William, William is traumatized

-Evander transcends the physical plane and becomes a gas, and goes into the cracks leaving behind a glove

-Korrin presses another and finds listings in Dwarven, Dwarven Admin journal entries and logistics reports

-Korrin sends an owl at Evander right as he is about to transcend, the gas awaits

-Korrin hits the same button as the last for the first Dwarven recording to show Evander

-Evander tries to recollect info about an Otar

-Evander and Korrin try working together to figure out the piece

-Evander figures out how to navigate

-Lye feels a breeze from part of a cave in

-All-Moon is certain they can move it, but Evander wants to check out another area, turning into gas with Lye and both travel another path but turn around as they don't want to go to far

-A large path is revealed and Grant asks what is the plan, though All-Moon tests and asks him for his decision since it is his expedition after all

-Grant asks about singing stones in hopes to make an easier decision as to move forward or go check out the sea.

-They decide ultimately to go to the underground lake

-They rest and move two days back to camp, then two more to the kobold camp, then two more to the sea but another three days clearing rubble

-As they reach the water, Grant yells out to see an effect and there is rumbling though the Elder told them to keep quiet

-There is no current and the water is calm, Evander sees something about a day and a half away in the ceiling made of stone
