-As the carriages turn the corner still running, the oxen pulling the first sound distressed
-Golo speeds up telling them to halt, which the second carriage is attempting
-The next horde breaks through the wall spells placed by Evander, losing nine in the process but they quickly take out Korrin's hounds
-Lye takes a huge hit from this group
-A second smaller group goes forward but stops suddenly as an older looking one calls to them and begins chanting. They suddenly rip of their faces, tossing them and falling dead as others pick up those faces and begin to wear them
-Evander shoots at the old being chanting, connecting, but it takes the damage and the staff has some of its crystals shatter
-The thing finishes chanting and it blobs and is a gross amalgam of bloat and faces
-It breathes a haze dropping half its own horde but luckily Lye avoids it
-Lye retaliates some attacks dropping a few more of the horde, and William sets his blade aflame and cleaves down another three
-Evander reaches into their belt loop and undoes a leather wrap and selects, from a various selection of holy symbols, a small dragon's claw with a blue gem in the palm of it. A dragon's maw appearing in front of him
-He feels a weight on his shoulders and asks "Is this one for me?"
-To which he replies "Of course, always"
-He then shoots the maw at the large amalgam and attempts to banish the creature
-The maw snaps around it and it snaps out of existence with the creature
-All-Moon and William both saw what they thought was a cloak of raven feathers on an ice white woman with tinges of blue, draconic eyes and patches of scales
-She matches closely to Syrin a draconic goddess of healing, contracts and undead
-Golo finally has control of the situation with the runaways, keeping them still and then goes to reconvene with the party
-With the horde dispatched the group gathers in preparation of the amalgam, Korrin gives Lye a supreme healing potion
-Evander brings out the dragon claw once more, touching the edge of the gem and places a finger on Lye's shoulder. Their temperature plummets and they feel as though they are being stitched back together
-"Oh this is interesting, no price on this one." Syrin's voice speaks to Evander
-To Lye specifically "Oh that's where you've been hiding. A shell is not a good guise, be sure to tell your secrets when you get back"
-The group waits in ready and eventually the amalgam returns
-Upon its return the group releases a flurry of strikes as the battle continues
-Being close to it, the mouths continuously whisper and cause All-Moon and Golo to lose their ability to act while the others strike at it
-It tries to make distance and use it's breath but the group is unaffected
-This time around both Korrin and Evander join being unable to act, and Korrin is even forced to flee taking a heavy strike from the amalgam
-Lye and William manage a few strikes before it turns and gives Evander a heavy strike nearly taking him out
-Evander rings a small handbell and casts silence in the area
-Now able to move, All-Moon strikes and then grapples the being to keep it from exiting the silence
-Golo casts his healing spirit to try to mend Evander's wounds
-Korrin gets downed by a strike making it look grim however just as this happens Evander lands a killing blow from under the thing shooting up its body. Stitches coming undone as chunks of flesh start to drop around them
-Evander then reaches for another symbol as he gets to Korrin trying to bring his ally back to health
