An infinite, empty, blinding firestorm of life-giving light, but object proof that too much of good thing can kill you—quickly. Upon entering this plane, an unprepared traveler would have first noticed the sun-like brilliance burning into their eyes, severely limiting the range of vision and only being able to discern nearby beings or objects by the shadow they made in the backdrop of infinite dazzle. As they gasped at a sight not meant for mortal eyes, they would have quickly realized there was no breathable atmosphere to even form a scream. The sudden feeling of weightlessness might not have been cause for concern because almost immediately any wounds would have been healed as the life-giving energy permeated her entire being and then went beyond any sense of wellness they had ever experienced. Infused with power only felt in dreams, they might have briefly entertained the thought that air was no longer necessary as she ascended to godhood, but as her cells reached their capacity, they would have realized in a fleeting moment what it means to be mortal before exploding in a burst of radiant energy.
Those properly prepare with protections and eyewear would see a nondescript land of fog and mist, with faded apparitions of entities and creatures moving about like memories. While their origin is completely unknown, it is theorized that cast off memories of the deceased or yet to be exist in this realm as these ghost like things. Time is unaffected while in the border region, though for one using blink or a Hag's stone, distance traveled is tripled while in this unimpeded realm. No matter where you enter this world from, after three days of travel in any direction except down, you will meet a great curtain of fog, which is the source of the positive energy serving as the blazing light of the realm. Passing beyond this curtain slows the passage of time tenfold, and is complicated to exit at all. As with on the Negative Energy Plane, while in border regions of this plane, one can see into neighboring planes, though those on neighboring planes can not view the traveler without magical assistance.
