Captain of the Guard of Harshharbor fifteen years ago, former member of the Coalition Investigative Branch, and Patriarch of the Lilstrae Family before the bandit raid wiped the family out. He was killed by a beggar who had called for help during a beating of debt collectors. The beggar were cut down in revenge by the guards with him, and the debt collectors were never found.
